The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our growing network infrastructure. This role will be part of a dynamic team tasked with scaling and securing enterprise networks, supporting new technologies, and troubleshooting complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree (CS/Engineering or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in routing protocols, network design, and troubleshooting
Experience in planning/designing large-scale, multi-site networks
Preferred: C++, Go, Cisco

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide Architecture solution to Client in Complete LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDN technology and Internet Technologies.as part of project engineering team. Current Job role involves working on live projects that includes design and implementation of network devices Lan/Wan/wireless and ACI deployment. Project implementations for Data centre consolidation to align hybrid designs as well as legacy designs for data center and enterprise location consolidation. Architecture/Service Delivery team designing, implementing, and maintaining the current and next generation network systems for Client. Providing Services to Global Enterprise & Data center locations in North America (USA) and across Geographical locations. Design and Build Nexus Switches in Data center. Responsible for the integration of cross service installations, working as an individual or as part of a team deploying changes to existing customer networks or implementing new networks, which Includes vendor management, client relations, resource planning and management, project management, quality assurance, new equipment installation, configuration and client training. Responsible for technical validation of the solution, updates to internal databases, planning and preparation of migration plans for cut-over. Establish operational objectives and work plans; liaise with service delivery managers to maximize synergy among other operational teams. Coordinated project lifecycle by setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress, performance reports, and customer feedback. Create and execute operational procedures, change management procedures etc. and audits in compliance with company regulations. Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network: analyze existing servers, switches, networks and recommend solutions Assist in the management of projects using PCM's project management methodology. Perform client consultation: plan, design, implement, and support the network. Provide proposal, (SOW) Statement of Work and (RFPs) Request for Proposal technical writing Participate in various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade converged network solutions Assist Account Managers during the sales process by educating the customer about new technologies Manage time and expense to meet or exceed expectations defined in the Statement of Work
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer Applications
- Software Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
